Mzmz28 Terms and Conditions — General Terms of Use of the Platform

In this document, references to "mzmz28", "platform", "we" or "our" refer to the company that operates the mzmz28.net website and all its associated services. References to "you", "user", "player" or "member" refer to the individual who creates an account and uses mzmz28's services.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or performing any operation on the platform — whether a deposit, a bet, or simply using the support chat — you confirm that:

• Is at least 18 years of age;
• Has fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Agrees to comply with all rules set out herein;
• You are accessing mzmz28 on your own initiative and of your own free will;

• Minimum age: At least 18 years of age at the time of registration;

• Single account: each individual may hold only one active account on mzmz28. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and results in the immediate blocking of all identified accounts, along with cancellation of any pending bonuses and balances.

During the registration process, you will provide personal information that must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mzmz28 requires mandatory identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above R$ 200.00 or as required by regulation. Accepted documents include national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), and passport, along with proof of address issued within the last three months.

The name registered on the account must exactly match the name of the holder of the bank accounts and payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals. Deposits or withdrawals in a third party's name are not accepted.

Mzmz28 accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL (R$), with no currency conversion:

• Pix: confirmation in under 30 seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays;
• Boleto bancário: settlement within up to one business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card: instant confirmation for domestic cards;
• PicPay: real-time confirmation;
• Mercado Pago: real-time confirmation;
• TED Transfer: processed during banking hours, available through major banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 for most methods. There is no maximum deposit amount, although transactions above certain thresholds may require additional identity verification in accordance with Banco Central do Brasil regulations and mzmz28's internal policies.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. mzmz28 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a third-party deposit is identified, the amount will be returned to the sender and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals at mzmz28 are available primarily via Pix, with other deposit methods also accepted where applicable. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification: required before the first withdrawal and for withdrawals above R$ 200.00. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held until the KYC process is completed;
• Available balance: only real balance (not bonus balance with a pending rollover) may be withdrawn. Bonus balance is only eligible for withdrawal after the wagering requirement has been fully met;
• Withdrawal method: withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit or to a bank account under the same CPF as the account holder;
• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 50.00 per request.

Processing times vary according to the player's VIP level:

• Bronze and Silver: up to 24 business hours;
• Gold: up to 12 hours;
• Platinum: up to 2 hours;
• Diamond: under 5 minutes.

Mzmz28 reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals or in situations requiring verification of the source of funds, in accordance with Brazil's anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in force.

Mzmz28 offers different types of bonuses and promotions for its players. Participating in any promotion implies full acceptance of the specific terms of that offer, in addition to the general rules described in this section.

Wagering requirement (rollover): most deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of the bonus balance or winnings generated from it. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is detailed on the Promotions page and in the individual offer's terms.

• Cancelled bets, pushes, cashouts, and voided bets do not count toward rollover completion;
• Bets with odds below 1.40 may have reduced or zero contribution toward the rollover in Sports Betting promotions;
• Bets on certain casino games may carry a lower weight in the rollover calculation — contribution percentages per game are available in the specific terms of each promotion;
• The bonus expires automatically if the rollover is not completed within the timeframe set for each offer.

General bonus rules:

• Each promotion is valid for a single use per customer, per CPF, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms;
• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new registrations on the first deposit;
• Mzmz28 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of abuse, such as the use of multiple accounts, betting on both sides of the same market (arbing), or any behavior identified as fraudulent;
• Bonuses have no monetary value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Bets are accepted and settled according to the specific rules of each market, available on the platform alongside each event. General rules include:

• Open bets: are only accepted while the market is open. mzmz28 may suspend or close markets at any time without prior notice;
• Odds: odds are displayed in decimal format and may change until the market closes. The valid odd is the one shown at the time the bet is confirmed;
• Result: results are settled according to the official sources of the respective competitions. If an event is postponed by less than 24 hours, bets remain valid unless otherwise stated in the market rules;
• Live betting: available on selected events. mzmz28 is not responsible for stream delays or live data feed interruptions that may influence betting decisions;
• Bet Limit: mzmz28 reserves the right to set individual bet limits per market, event, or account, without prior justification.

The casino games available on mzmz28 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, live baccarat, crash games, and poker — are provided by internationally certified suppliers. All RNG (random number generator) games undergo periodic independent audits.

The RTPs (return-to-player percentages) declared per game reflect the values certified by their respective providers and may vary slightly over specific play periods, as they are calculated based on billions of rounds over time.

For Poker, the specific rules for each variant — Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and others — are available within the Poker section of the platform. The rake charged at cash game tables and the rake percentages for tournaments are displayed before the player takes a seat or registers for a tournament.

Mzmz28 prohibits the use of unauthorized assistance software (bots, unapproved HUDs, or any betting automation) at poker tables or in any other games on the platform. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all accumulated balances and prizes.

The mzmz28 VIP Program consists of five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All new registrations automatically enter at the Bronze level. Progression between levels is based on the accumulation of VIP points earned with each bet placed on the platform.

General VIP Program rules:

• VIP points do not expire while the account is active. An account is considered inactive after 90 days without any betting activity;
• In the event of more than 90 days of inactivity, points accumulated above the current level may be reset. However, the level already achieved is maintained for up to 180 days of inactivity;
• The weekly cashback is calculated on the net negative result of the week (Monday to Sunday) and credited every Monday before 12:00 PM;

Use of mzmz28 is strictly personal and non-commercial. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in promotions or bets;
• Using another person's account or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Manipulating bets in collusion with other players or with individuals involved in the events being wagered on;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market using different accounts (arbing);
• Using bots, scripts, or any automation to place bets;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity;
• Making deposits using cards or bank accounts that do not belong to the account holder;
• Attempting to circumvent bet limits, withdrawal limits, or any restriction established by mzmz28.

Mzmz28 continuously monitors betting patterns and transactions. Any account identified with irregular conduct may be suspended, closed, and have all balances held while the investigation is ongoing. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether funds are returned or forfeited.

You may request account closure at any time through the 24/7 support chat. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the rules in this section, provided all verification requirements have been met.

Mzmz28 offers self-exclusion tools for players who wish to step away from the platform for responsible gambling reasons:

• Temporary break: 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day block — reversible once the period ends;
• Medium-term self-exclusion: 3- to 12-month block — irreversible for the duration of the requested period;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure — irreversible. Any new registration using the same details will be terminated immediately.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, mzmz28 will block access to the account and suspend all marketing communications. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect bet payouts, mzmz28 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the affected balances, notifying the user by email before any adjustment exceeding R$ 50.00.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved directly through mzmz28 support will be referred to the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any legal or arbitration proceedings, the user must first seek resolution through mzmz28's official support channel — available 24/7 via live chat or email contato@mzmz28.net. Most disputes can be resolved directly through support in under 48 hours.

Mzmz28 does not recognize chargeback processes initiated directly with financial institutions as a valid form of dispute resolution. Any identified chargeback may result in immediate account suspension while the matter is investigated, with potential referral to the relevant authorities in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.

Mzmz28 believes entertainment only has value when it's healthy. That's why the platform provides responsible gambling tools for all users, regardless of VIP level:

• Deposit limit: set weekly or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings;
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss amount per period — once the limit is reached, new bets are blocked until the next period begins;
• Session time alert: receive notifications when you have been playing for an extended period without a break;
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion: available as described in Section 10 of this document.
